The
June 21, 2010 Points Tracker spreadsheet is available and can regularly be found on the PARENTS page on the left side menu.
Please check your points carefully and contact the Food Tent and/or Event Coordinator if you have a question about your points.
Point Tracker Basics:
1) Sign in when you volunteer and/or keep a track of how many hours you worked. Some positions are already assigned points. Most other jobs are 1 point/hour. Please contact the Event Coordinator if you have a question regarding your points.
2) Please let the Food Tent coordinator know how much you spent on the food you donate to the regattas. Do not send your points to the Point Tracker. The points will not be recorded unless sent by the event coordinator. You get 1 point per $10 value of donations.
NOTE: You do not need to submit a receipt UNLESS you would prefer to be reimbursed for your donations. The Food Tent Coordinator will collect the receipts and submit to the treasurer, Liz Gustafson. You do not receive points for reimbursed costs.
3) If you are a coordinator of any event or activity, you are responsible for recording points and submitting them to the Point Tracker. Please submit points ASAP after an event/activity has occurred. The Points Tracker is updated regularly and any discrepancy can be quickly addressed.
4) Questions about the points should go to the coordinators.
